Haart have been incredibly helpful in helping me find a place to rent. Our situation was a bit peculiar and I had no luck with previous properties. Lottie was amazing to work with, she worked hard to find a place that worked for us and went above and beyond to help when it started to feel like there wasn’t much hope. I have just received the keys and through the entire process, despite me being abroad for most of it, Lottie and the team kept me updated on everything that was going on and helped with every step along the way. Very happy with the service provided!

My name is paddy I have just moved in To main New rented property first of all I would like to send my appreciation to Alesha Fowles who works at Haart Norwich the first day I rang and put the inquiry in about the House she arranged a visit To the house my ex wife was looked at it and she sent me the video of it I liked the house Alesha was a great help she give us the paperwork and in great detail what needed to be done onto the farms we returned them to your building and we started the process I Spoke to Alesha. On the phone and again, Alesha took her time explain to me what needed Dunn and from that moments on she would form me sometimes two or three times in the day to make sure that I got emails hard to fill in the forms because I have a disability she took even more time she was really really friendly and very pleasant and she was very easy to work with and she knew everything I was able to keep me on the right trail. I was without her. I don’t think I would’ve got this House but her possessions and all her brilliant Advice I am glad to say she gave me the keys yesterday and I have moved now and the house and even then she run to see how to find where the water was the electric No was advised me on the amenities that I had to pay for suggested different names of companies and said to me to make up my mind and choose what’s best for me and which I’m in the process of doing now and I would just like the sand Big thank you to her for all her great work and the Money times that she took out of our day to help me and to talk me through everything because sometimes I get confused and she always had the patience to talk to me and we would have a laugh now again and I must say it was a pleasure dealing with and I will go back to hearts in the morning if I need it another property because the staff are friendly unhappy but with Alesha patience and help I don’t think I would’ve got through this. She is just a wonderful person who knows her job really really well in my eyes. She’s priceless to that Company because without our I see a lot of people wouldn’t be getting properties and I wish her well and I hope someone within management recognises her for her abilities and her skills talking to people and going out of her way to help everybody and anybody and I hope they look after well too because she’s bringing in what to use and she does deserve some sort of appreciation from the company as well because I will use the Company nylon and I recommended to 1 to go through hearts because if their ass to stop for like her, you will be well looked after. I recently had some viewings with Ben. Even though I didn’t decide to put an offer in on any of the properties we visited, I thoroughly enjoyed being shown around several different places and Ben was kind enough to drive me to each subsequent viewing.He even tagged on an extra one, which I spotted while we were out. Haart have been extremely helpful, keeping me informed and up to date. Roxanne Samuels, in particular, was a great person I could go to about any queries and she was happy to explain the process and terminolgy in layman's terms. She reassured me whenever I was worried about something and nothing was too much. Unfortunately the final stage of the process was not so positive. I didn't receive any call from Haart to arrange to collect the keys due to a lack of communication between staff at the office. I didn't collect the keys until a day after completion because nobody in the office seemed to know the keys were there. It also hadn't been made clear to me that the office on Tombland was the only office in Norwich and this was where I would collect the keys. This sadly affected my original review of 5 stars.

On the 11th me and my boyfriend went to The Pavilion to have a look at one of the apartments there for sale . Kelis Shillings, was the lovely girl who spent time and organised that for us . Tried to buy a house with them and Charlotte was probably the least helpful estate agent I’ve ever dealt with 😂 no help on counter offers or what the vendor might accept, just a straight “your offer has been declined” every time we emailed her. We even offered over the highest bid and it was declined - friends and family were shocked at how unhelpful she was. We were clearly interested in the house and she could have got more money for her vendors, but I guess that would have been too much work? So sellers and buyers beware!

I had no idea how stressful buying a house could be. Thankfully, Charlotte Smith from Haarts was there to help us through it. Despite the issue being with the next in line, she kept on top of it and got the other side to complete on the day we needed. She also helped us get the keys on the completion day, even though we got stuck in traffic. All in all, we're happy now, even though the whole process was quite stressful at the end.
