Wayne Blue was the guy who showed us severial properties, over severial weeks, mostly meeting us on a sunday, which helped enormously. My parents are in their mid seventies, and not as able as they have been, Wayne took great care of them whilst visiting the properties. All in all Wayne was very friendly, supportive, understanding of our situation. Considering the reputation of estate agents I strongly feel he is an honest man, which is vital to me. I saw severial estate agents during my property search and Wayne stood out as honest, trust worthy and practical. he made the whole process as smooth as I believe he could.

Excellent Service from start to finish! From the very beginning Sam and his team have been excellent. Sam looked after my parents from the very first meeting and was on hand throughout the whole process - nothing was too much trouble at all. Excellent support was also given by Evie and Bradley. They were all happy to take our calls when things were getting a bit stressful and they all did everything they could to keep things on track. Friendly and professional service from Haart Norwich team. As a first time buyer the whole experience of finding a home is pretty daunting and can be overwhelming, luckily Zoe was on hand to show us around properties and offer genuine help and advice. Mixed feelings about Haart, have been using them since Aug 21 to rent out a property for us. Some mistakes over the last tenancy agreement they did for us and checking out the last tenant made me think we will probably test the market out for an alternative when our current tenants leave. "Haarts"at Norwich" it's the way forward! Would never consider using any other Estate agent, especially if I was given "Evie Miller" to look after everything. For no fault of her own my sale took ages to exchange, due to the end of the chain, who I believe were less fortunate than myself, as they were with another estate agent less able to get things done. Evie Miller pulled out all the stops, along side help from Tracy Fisher when Evie had days off. I was always greeted with the extremely polite tones of Elliott who never failed to find out information and update me if Evie wasn't available. He also was very prompt to call me back instead of leaving me on hold on the phone. I am very pleased to have sold my house with these guys, and can't thank them enough! Especially Evie....you are a true asset to Haarts, Thank you so so much xxx

I called Haart after seeing a property on Right Move, upon ringing I spoke to Emily who was very efficient and arranged a viewing on that very day. Emily was very professional and was open and honest about the property, the number one sigma around estate agents is their "pushy attitude" I can safely say that I felt relaxed and there was no pressure added. The viewing was amazing and I started the application process, Emily kept me updated every step of the way by phone, email and text which is perfect as I work in an environment where I can not always check my phone. Emily was great both before, during and after the viewing. She sent over all the relevant details prior to my viewing and gave great directions on how to access the property. When I was there, everything was explained perfectly and all my questions were answered and she was very friendly and helpful.
