GoogleI am really pleased with the mortgage advice and service we received. Wayne Hoban really went that extra mile and delivered a personalised service for finding the right product for us. GoogleI was really pleased with the service from Carly Harris, the pre tenancy manager. She always emailed me back quickly, she was always ready to answer my questions, and she was really friendly in her emails. Moving is pretty stressful but if every letting agent was like Carly there would never be any problem!

GoogleThe assistant branch manager, Emily is an asset to your team. She was consistently helpful, emotionally intelligent and responsive. She helped me secure my dream flat, which is not an easy task when you’re a student. Every time I’d ring the branch, I’d hope I was connected through to her (no discredit to the rest of the team however!); as she was constantly lovely, efficient and easy to connect with. Couldn’t have had a better experience with a letting agent - thanks to her!! 💖

GoogleTyron took my call with Haart and he was a breath of fresh air. After getting used to estate agents just wanting to get through things as fast as they could and not really seeming to care if they were rude or unhelpful, it was a lovely surprise to speak with Tyron. He had all the time in the world for me and my numerous questions, he looked up information about the property beyond what any agent I have worked with before has done and did the whole thing with a cheerful disposition and friendly attitude. I actually got off on the wrong foot with Haart previously as the phone rang for so long without answer, I had written them off as a company to be honest, but Tyron turned my opinion around in one call - absolute star, I look forward to buying my first property with him soon!

GoogleOur recent experience with Haart has been entirely positive & extremely refreshing, such amazing customer service & a super friendly team. Victoria's initial visit to value our property was a very positive experience. She was honest, informative & encouraging, her approach was friendly & realistic, she definitely got us on board with Haart! Tyrone came to do our photographs and we were so impressed with his friendly, accommodating approach & his care & attention to detail whilst taking photo's. He was so obliging & easy to work with, we felt very comfortable with him in our house. His customer service has been incredible, he is a real asset to Haart! This was all about the visit to our home but the best surprise was when we saw the quality of the photos he took, all I can say is 'WOW', the photos are amazing & truly show our house off to the highest expectations, he certainly has an eye for detail & the patience to ensure its captured, fabulous photo's! All in all, everyone we have dealt with at the Norwich office have been brilliant, we are now live on the market & are very excited to see how Haart market our property, we feel in very safe hands!

She has devoted a lot of her time unconditionally for us recently, giving market appraisals on both of our properties and the amount of time she spent discussing our options with my wife and I was no issue for her. Marie’s priority was clearly focused towards our own happiness. Her honesty and personable character has been invaluable in our decision making and we have no doubt that she will always be our first contact whenever we need house sales advice. Clearly someone with many years experience in estate agency, with a great depth of knowledge.

GoogleWith the ever increasing legal requirements and greater scrutiny of a landlord I opted to use an agent this time rather than seek new tenants myself. After dealing with Haart I feel vindicated in my decision. At the letting valuation Emily, from the Haart team, proved to be extremely knowledgeable on all that was expected of me as a landlord and had a good knowledge of the market. There was no ‘sell’ simply a professional consultation with expert advice. I would have no hesitation of using Haart again or recommending them to others.
