GoogleI contacted so many letting agents in the area I was moving to and Haart were by far the most helpful, friendly and professional. I have spoken to a few members of staff at this company and they were all so helpful and made the process so easy. They also seemed to go above and beyond to help get answers to any of my questions, such amazing customer service.

GoogleGeorge Ward, was by far the most professional, respectful, friendly, courteous estate agent that came to value my house. Nothing was too much trouble for him in that he answered all my questions and explained anything I didn't understand or wanted clarificatiion on in an easy to understand manner.

GoogleSo I dealt with an agent called Emily Sims specifically and honestly if you’re using Haart you should ask for her personally. She went above and beyond to help me secure my place , took the time to explain and ease any worries not only with me but with my family and I’m honestly just so pleased with her, that every time I call I only speak to her because of her efficiency.

I would say communication prior was excellent with him calling to introduce himself and confirming the appointment. Then calling the day before to check all was ok. He gave a very professional service and quick written validation.
