GoogleSale was completed smoothly and everything went as planned. Only issue i had was the lack of aftersale care. Once we had accepted our offer we seemed to be back of the que for communication unless we pressed for info.

GoogleThis company is "Haart-less" . I recently applied for a property and followed all the guidance given. Rachael in the office appeared extremely helpful and willing to do all she could for me. This is until I had 1 failed mark on the referencing. Despite earning very good money and also my current landlord willing to offer a explanation to the answer. Both haart and the potential new landlord did not in my opinion try to work with me to resolve it. I had a very distinct impression that after the money was received from me that is when the helpful nature towards me ended. And obviously they keep all monies i have paid them despite not really doing anything for me.. All in all a terrible experience which will make me think very hard about using haart ever again.NegativeQuality, Value

The photos of property were a high quality to present for sale and their assistance in getting to exchange was excellent after a couple of late hurdles to overcome. Victoria in particular was extremely helpful going above and beyond and Clare the move manager has also been very good. Thank you for your assistance.

GoogleWill not leave me alone hassling me to sell my house with them. Which I sold a year ago and told them as such. Every few days they leave me a voicemail despite me obviously blocking their number. Steer well clear of these desperate folk.

GoogleHaart Estate agents have been brilliant throughout helping me find a property as a first time buyer. The pictures of their properties are really honest and reflective of what the properties actually looks like, unlike many estate agents. Charlotte and the whole team have been friendly, punctual and very helpful! I would highly recommend anyone to use them when finding a new home. :)

Although the house fell though, Kelis worked really hard trying to find me another property, knowing exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend her if you're looking to move house.

Then when the original buyer had an issue, they handled the situation professionally and lined up another potential buyer straight away! Super team that responded to all my, sometimes silly, questions quickly and literally held my hand and guided me through the process even though I was 100 miles away. GoogleWe've recently rented a property through Haart, throughout the entire process the team have been professional, responsive and timely with their communication and management, renters are often overlooked and undervalued but our experience with Haart has been excellent, Rachael especially has been friendly and communicative and a delight to speak to. We've had an issue with our boiler not long after moving in, and Bettina on the repairs team kept us up to date with the progression of how the issue was being resolved and this was a smooth and fairly fast process. Letting agents can be really hit and miss if you rent, but Haart have been so brilliant we will definitely be using them to help us when we're ready to buy in the future, and it is a relief knowing the property we're currently renting is well managed. She never failed to return telephone calls, provided regular updates (good & bad) and even enlisted the help of a family member for a building quotation following issues arising from the survey. GoogleI recently rented a property with haart and was assisted by Zoe. She was lovely and very helpful, and did her best to keep me up to date. Sometimes, it was hard to get ahold of them or for them to get ahold of me, but in the end, they responded when I had questions and made themselves as available as possible during this peak time. I live in Scotland but moving to Norwich in the near future, following an offer to buy being accepted of a bungalow in Norwich. Will be forever grateful for the way that Haart have managed, and continue to manage the whole process.
