Exceeding all expectations.

We entrusted the refurbishment of our rental property to Bidwells. The project was managed by Dominic Humphrey who did and exceptional job, project managing multiple subcontractors, proactively communicating with us throughout, and paying attention to the little details that make all the difference. Bidwells guidance through Nikki Stevenson was reassuring and realistic. We are delighted with the results and I cannot recommend Bidwells and there are exceptional personnel to highly.

Matt K was a great property manager

Matt Kirkland was our property manager and he was fantastic. Any issues were sorted quickly and he contacted the landlord when appropriate. Any property inspections were sorted in advance and were painless. When we left there were no hidden fees or attempts to “deposit snatch” like some companies. Would recommend bidwells

How well Bidwells managed the sale of my house.

Bidwells provided a team with extensive experience, headed by Robert Couch, who is a leading expert in this area. The marketing and sale of the property was handled with a high level of efficiency and professionalism, and particularly when matters became a little "sticky" down the chain prior to exchange. The deft touch and intervention of Robert Couch got the deal "over the line". So overall, I was very impressed with the standard of service and I unreservedly recommend them.

By a stroke of pure luck

By a pure stroke of pure luck, I landed in the hands of Bidwells and asked them to assist me with finding a home in Cambridge. Their service and friendliness were unprecedented. They always responded to calls and emails. James really went the extra mile. As I was abroad, he arranged a live virtual tour of the apartment, assisted with questions and the entire rental process. I was unfamiliar with the visa and renting processes in the UK, they always assured me that it would be fine and arranged to reserve the property I wanted for longer than usual awaiting the visa process to run it‘s course. I can highly recommend Bidwells and specifically James for super friendly and personalised service, but most importantly for taking the stress out of finding a new home in a new city and foreign country.

We have associated with Bidwells for several decades.The house fell vacant in winter but MelJavis and Matt Kirkland were amazing and they quickly rallied round found new tenants and with all the repairs snd upkeep had the house ready for the new tenants who have now moved in.I would not trade Bidwells for another company with such dedicated people as Mel and Matt.
