Selling our BTL house

Bidwells manage our BTLs and I recently instructed them to manage the sale of one those properties. All in all it was a very successful exercise and the whole process was well managed. We got the price we were hoping for and it sold pretty quickly, especially considering it was a challenging and historic house and there were tenants still occupying it during the viewings. I telephoned the Norwich office, several times in one day, for help and advice. The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful, putting me through several times, to another lady, who could deal with my query, who also helpfully answered all my questions each time I called.
