An excellent Customer service from the Bidwells team, very responsive and helpful to resolve any issues. My only issue was with the Goodlord referencing and contracting system they use. It is inflexible (Eg. no way to contact them with questions), tedious to fill out online, and annoying with its follow up messages.

We were interested in renting properties at rightmove and trying to contact the Cambridge Bidwells by various emails and nothing nothing feedback even you sent follow up. Really don't know they are doing business these days or they treat customer like this. It is very unprofessional ! Nothing more to say !!

We have just completed our sale of Hills rd and our purchase of Luard rd. As can happen in relatively high value exchanges £2-3 million it turned out to be a fairly complex and protracted affair. Not given to reviews normally, I felt I had to say how outstanding Bidwells have been. Andrew Tucker dealt with our transaction and was diligent to detail and resolute in his determination to do things in a thoroughly professsional way but also, importantly, one that extracted the absolute best outcome for us - and that is quite some balancing act. Highly recommended.

Andrew at Bidwells was the point of contact for our house purchase in Great Shelford. It was a big move for us, uprooting our young family from London and moving back to Cambridgeshire. I've continually had bad experiences with estate agents, so am very wary when I deal with them. However I could not be more impressed with Bidwells. And that says something. Friendly, calm, extremely polite, genuinely helpful, not pushy.... my move was seamless, I've never known anything like it. Would recommend them 100%.

They have a depth of expertise on the local market that always ensures we, and tenants, get accurate and totally professional advice. All their staff are, from first contact in reception through to property managers and directors, helpful, friendly and efficient. Working with them during this last difficult period of lockdown demonstrated the strength of their management.
