Cambridge Flat Let via Bidwells for many years

We have used Bidwells to manage this flat for many years. They have always kept on top of ongoing maintenance using trusted local businesses - something we couldn't do. They have found good tenants who generally stay for more than a year and the periods between lets has been very short. We have always found Bidwell's staff to be accessible, polite and helpful.

Bidwells is an excellent company and well deserves a five star rating for dealing with my house in Cambridge and finding me a new tenant when the previous people moved to London. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff involved all went the extra mile to find good contractors when a certain amount of refurbishment was necessary. Excellent service
