Bidwells did an excellent job with helping us get settled with our new home. Our situation was particularly complicated at times because we moved from a different country, but the Bidwells team walked us through the process, and was very prompt about answering our questions. Our contact person was Niki, and she did a wonderful job with keeping us updated, and managing communication between us and other entities involved in the moving process.

I transacted in a property where Bidwells were the estate agent. Though they did not represent my interests directly, they were always responsive, curteous and happy to take me on multiple visits to the property. Most importantly they were always truthful and did not try to deceive/paint a wrong picture (as many high street agents unfortunately do).I would highly recommend them anytime. One of the worst estate agents around Cambridge.We try to rent commercial property second time with them.First time they wrote us "this place not for use a cafe" but after a month some one open a cafe in a same place. Second time we show interest for another place and they keep us more than a month and at the end they wrote us "this place now under offer".Never work again with Bidwells.
