As a first time time buyer, I was looking for advice and support in understanding the variety of mortgages currently on offer and which would best suit my circumstances. I compared numerous brokers and found that Holly Sims provided the most extensive, proactive, detailed and step-by-step insight. She clearly explained the different processes and schemes available; including timelines, costings, pros and cons of each, as well as what was achievable within my ideal budget and goal. She carried out extensive research on my behalf, provided a great service and I thoroughly felt invested in. I would strongly recommend Holly if you are looking for a great Mortgage Advisor.

Terrible deposit management Really dissatisfied with the deposit management at this agency. My tenancy ended on 24th March. But till today, May 9th, I still have not received any refund of my deposit. And from looking at other reviews, I found that this agency seems to have a big problem with handling deposits. If you care about your deposit, please avoid this agency.

If you choose to rent through abbotts, I have a warning for you... DON'T DO IT unless your happy to be scammed out of your deposit. If I could give no stars I would! My landlord decided to cut ties with them mid 2023 and wanted me to have my deposit back. 8 months later and Abbotts still have not released my deposit even after providing the appropriate forms. Me and my landlord have gone backwards and forwards for months trying to get it with no luck. Whats erked me the most is all the false promises they make to keep you on side, well I'm not on side anymore, I have had enough. Abbotts still have my money and I want it back. You should not be holding on to someone else's money when you hold no contract with my landlord of me. Shocking service

We been dealing with Jenna Vincenza Allen, the biggest lier! Our offer was never passed to the seller, she decided that offer was to low, but after two weeks we contact Abbotts again to find out if property is still available, different agent told us that seller accepting our offer, so we arrange a second viewing. On day of viewing Jenna called to tell me that she cancel the viewing! How is that even possible!? Absolutely unprofessional ignorants and liers!

I am currently in the process of buying through Abbott's. They have supported me throughout the experience and when I needed help with exchange, Kerry stepped in and made sure it all happened within the hour. Kerry and Klaudia must have been sick of my calls, but always answered me, and got the result I hoped for. Buying a house is stressful, and others, such as solicitors and brokers can hamper the process making it unpositive. However, I have found Abbots to be the ones who got things moving Two weeks until completion, but I have every faith everything will go smoothly.

Well what can I say but excellent service from Klaudia Lepp. She puts personal into the experience of buying a house. Throughout looking for a property, Klaudia has regularly rang me and discussed what I am looking for, she then informed me about a house that was coming onto the market which was suitable for our needs. We went and looked and fell in love with it and then left it to Klaudia to help us purchase it, which she did.
