Unsolicited mail received from Abbott's Kings Lynn.They cannot even sell a property similar to mine up the road, but they are quite happy to tout for my business.They search for property addresses from online estate agents because they know their days are numbered. They then promise the earth when in fact they are just parasites who are no better than any other high street estate agent. Avoid at all costs......

Delays in getting repairs done in the property . For example 6 weeks without a washing machine . Calls never returned . Very poor customer service especially when ending my tenancy . Friendly until you sign and move in , then they aren't interested in you anymore . Will never use them again

GoogleThe team at Abbotts were great and let out my property very quickly and professionally. I would warn that Abbotts automatically change your energy supplier and don't advertise this fact. It is written in the tenancy agreement but if you don't take action the supplier will be changed. This is a big bugbear for me.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
