Particular praise is due to Klaudia and Kerry who worked incredibly proactively to resolve any issues and to keep things moving forward at pace. GoogleReally happy with the service i received from Matthew when we met him at my property on the completion date. i was very eager to get the property on the lettings market asap and he was generous enough to meet me on short notice and spend a few hours with me explaining the process and checking each room in my new property. Great work and would highly recommend this company.

GoogleWhen you actually get a timely response from them, they're genuinely up there with the best around. It's just a massive shame that this so rarely happens. Genuinely either get no response, or a decent week or two with no reply. I can only talk about using them to rent though, I assume they're much more responsive to buyers / sellers and renters just aren't their priority.

GoogleVery poor. The Manager of property for sale has an awful attitude. Talk about above himself and a cavalier manner. He does his job so unprofessionally and badly. It is difficult to understand how he retains the job. Supplied details of one property with three different sets of measurements. Crazy and this is the Manager. When I phoned and complained he cut me off. Nice man. Avoid this company.
