GoogleWe have just bought a property through this branch of Abbotts. What is generally a very stressful process was transformed by the amazing Kim who is their Sales Progressor. I have bought and sold several properties in the past but have never encountered a Sales Progressor before. What a truly great innovation...! Kim not only guided us through every part of the process updating us on a regular basis. But whenever the vendor's solicitor needed chasing or our mortgage broker required some information it had already been actioned by her almost before we were even aware it needed doing. We were working to a very challenging deadline & I am convinced that this would never have been met were it not for Kim and all her hard work. Thank you!

GoogleGenevieve at Abbott’s was brilliant. Couldn’t fault anything. Helped me and my partner into our first home with no problems at all. Quick response time to emails and any question was always answered in detail and we were never left wondering. Would 100% recommend.

GoogleCompletely and utterly useless i'm afraid. Particularly the Lettings and Property Management services. Phone calls are rarely returned, communication with tenants and landlords is often patchy and they appear confused resulting in a complete breakdown in communication. Appointment times are not honoured or forgotten completely, and when contacting the office an excuse of 'sorry the system is down' is routinely given. Also none of the areas of the business appear to talk to one another and therefore appear to have no idea what the other is doing. If they do then this is not the image that they convey to its customers. They appear unprofessional and unsure of themselves. Having them manage the let of my property has been a waste of time and has caused distress for both the tenants and myself and other landlord. Avoid.
