GoogleHad a viewing of a house on Saturday and a lovely lady called Sam was there to greet and meet. Its been a long time since Ive been around anybody who knows how to do their job pleasantly and Sam did just that. She asked all the right questions of what we were looking for so she could get an idea of who we were and our needs, as I am disabled. She followed up with a telephone call to my home to let me know that the stairs would not be good for me in another property that I was going to look at. I would just like to sincerely thank her for her kind professional help.

GoogleDo not use this company for your property management not only do they not manage your property, they don’t reply to emails, tenants destroy properties and all they say is “we cannot tell tenants how live”! Now I am left going back and fourth for my deposit. Stay away! I would give them no stars if I could!

GoogleTerrible. Went to a viewing during work hours yesterday as they couldn't offer anything in the late afternoon or evening, my partner couldn't attend either because of work. I took a walk around video while there to discuss with my partner in the evening and told the agent we would talk it through together then apply. Got a missed call 2 hours after the viewing which I couldn't answer because of work with no voicemail left, but I called back and didn't get through. Called at 9am twice today to ask how to apply as we had no information and left a message, forth call to them just now and they told me we were too late to apply and they let the property yesterday afternoon cause many applied without doing viewings and I didn't answer their call. Apparently the message about me applying today wasn't passed on. Completely unfair for those that work and want just one evening to make a pretty big life decision.
