I was trying to let a house from them for 2 weeks now. In the first weeks I was calling them houndred times and nobody reply. After that I go to the agency in Norwich to be disappointed one more time. They don't give me any details at first, they said they will send me the video with the house so I was waiting for 3 h and nothing, I go back to the agency and another colleague send me the video and the application form. I send them the application form and I was waiting for a replay when the landlord will get it and I will have a replay. Nothing happened. I was calling them today asking about the house and they said somebody already got it but they Don t even ask for my name. It s impossible to be so disinterested when you got this kind of job. Very disappointed, I was expecting much more

Had poor experience already. Arranged a viewing at first, went there and found no one. Then called the team no body answered (as usual), left a voice a message then they came back and said they could not find keys but no body informed me earlier. Viewed property later then made an application for it, been told they will tell me about response from landlord. Sent emails to staff no one replied. Poor service to be fair you will need to keep chasing them face to face.

Been calling for days about an apartment that’s been available for months, but no one ever answers the phone or returns my calls, I even got so desperate I messaged someone on Facebook called Jenna who works for abbotts norwich but she was very rude and didn’t really help, i can also see from other 1 star reviews that she has also been rude to other customers and even lied to them! no wonder why it’s been available so long, anyone who’s tried to call has most likely been ignored, landlords are better off going with a different estate agent, you could call abbotts right now and no one will answer or even call back if you leave a message Edit: since leaving this review Jenna has seen it and messaged me again continuing to be rude, I’m shocked that she feels like she can talk to customers like this and the fact abbotts have kept her on even after previous complaints from other customers

absolute disgrace we used this branch for letting using abbots to find the client TOTAL NIGHT MARE of a tenant that apparently should never have got past their searches in the first place we have used various estate agents over the years STRONGLY suggest YOU don't use this bunch o cowboys / any fool can stick an add in paper house for rent But when you go through an estate agent you EXSPECT them to do the relevant searches ETC AND be professionally responsible we have been seriously let down in this regard / had to go to courts to evict now tenant from hell is gone TRYING to reclaim deposit What a bag of spanners Mark L Jenkins
