Abbott’s, more specific Genevieve have been absolutely amazing through and through. The whole turn around of agreeing to let to picking up the keys was so fast and smooth. I believe they are such value for money, as I have been stung before by huge agency fees. Genevieve was alway responsive to emails and calls, she was very understanding of our situation, she was professional and friendly, and still is. We felt and still do very comfortable and confident approaching her with any issues. I can not recommend Abbott’s Norwich highly enough! Thank you so much 😊

Abbots sold my last home for us and we bought this bungalow from them and can honestly say the service we received was amazing. We were let down by a local estate agent who told us we had sold our house to a cash buyer, only to find out they didn't act with due care and diligence, the cash buyer hadn't even sold. I went to Abbotts who were selling us this bungalow and within four days had found us another buyer who completed in record time so we didn't lose our bungalow we had set our hearts on buying. I can never thank Kerry , Braydon and all the team for all the hard work and care they took over our purchase. As the bungalow had been empty for two years prior to sale they bent over backwards letting us arrange to see the place with specialists to make sure all was in order several times. If you want an estate agent who cares Abbotts Exchange Street Norwich is the place for you.

The backroom staff handled all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Our initial contact with Dan in their Lettings Team was dealt with very professionally as he was very engaging and extremely helpful. We subsequently decided to sell our flat and Dan passed our information over to their Sales Team c/o Kerry Blue. Kerry was extremely helpful and gave us an immediate professional view/ valuation of our flat which gave us the confidence to instruct her to start to market our property immediately. Searching for a property to buy and finding the right mortgage is extremely complicated and stressful process. Accepting the service of Miss Holly Simms CeMAP as my mortgage broker was one of the best choices I have ever made. With her careful approach toward a client, excellent communication skills and calm demeanour all the process suddenly became clear, simple and almost stress free. In our first meeting she took time to explain all the main stages and benchmarks in mortgage application, including estimated time periods. After assessing my choice of property and financial status (agreement in principle) she made a careful search of the best mortgage option. Then she took complete responsibility to arrange the mortgage application on my behalf. Additionally, she offered excellent insurance for the mortgaged property. I really recommend her service, especially to clients with little or no experience in mortgage application. Great thanks to Holly and Abbots Countrywide - it was an excellent job.
