We been dealing with Jenna Vincenza Allen, the biggest lier! Our offer was never passed to the seller, she decided that offer was to low, but after two weeks we contact Abbotts again to find out if property is still available, different agent told us that seller accepting our offer, so we arrange a second viewing. On day of viewing Jenna called to tell me that she cancel the viewing! How is that even possible!? Absolutely unprofessional ignorants and liers!

The list is to long to mention, take my word from someone in the Industry avoid at all costs. Do not sell or rent, they will get you from every angle in terms of NOT looking after you as a customer. All about getting the business and once your hooked it's best practice for them to leave you hanging.

I found our local Norwich Abbotts Estate Agent to be very professional during the marketing and selling of our house with good advice and fair pricing. We sold very quickly and there was one lady in particular Danielle Lovett who was especially supportive during our sale. We unfortunately did not have a straightforward move and had a very stressful time with the unforseen problems. (Little support from our solicitor and very little support from our conveyancing team). I purchased a house from abbotts and the treatment I got from Danielle Lovett was outstanding! If it wasn’t for her and the team at Abbotts I would of had a breakdown! She stood by my side every step of the way through the purchase and she wasn’t even my estate agent! Danielle and her team at Abbotts answered emails and queries immediately and liased between the vendor and myself beautifully, The whole experience wasn’t the easiest due to solicitors and the particular chain we were in BUT I truly believe if I hadnt had Danielles reassurance and professionalism I would of crumbled! Really happy with the service received from Chris! From the initial viewing of the property Chris was really informative and showed me around the house properly (lots of estate agents open the door and leave you to it meaning you miss bits and don't get to ask questions as you look around). Chris was also very helpful with the application process and put forward my interest straight away. Since the viewing I have received nearly daily calls from Chris updating me on move in dates etc throughout. Having had a negative estate agent experience previously Chris has restored my faith! From the minute David put our property on the market and introduced us to Vicki in the office (Taverham branch at the time), we knew we had made the right decision! Vicki kept us up to date at all times, found a buyer straight away, was accommodating to the fact a puppy was in the property so viewing times were convenient.
