Since we moved our small rental property to Oulsnam, every contact we have had with the agency has been positive, and has justified our decision to move to them. Everyone responds immediately to questions, and Oulsnam found us a good tenant very quickly. Despite the fact that our property is small, we have been given an individual contact at Oulsnam, and we look forward to a long and friendly relationship with the company.

GoogleI used the Northfield Branch of Robert Oulsnam to sell my Mother's house after she entered a care home. I cannot praise the staff there highly enough. They kept me informed at all stages of the sale, got a really good price for the house and chased up the solicitors to make the sale as quick as possible.

Another totally satisfying experience of selling through Oulsnams in Moseley Village. A buyer was found in the first month of putting the house up for sale. Oulsnams do a very good job in helping the seller and buyer and in moving g the sale forward. A key factor for me is their ability to identify genuine buyers.

We were kept well informed by all staff throughout the process. Every viewing was discussed with us first and an email sent to confirm. We had over a dozen viewings and when our original sale fell through, we had at least another dozen again. We have recommended them to our neighbours.
