I highly recommend Watson Bull and Porter, Newport, Isle of Wight , specially LAUREN and DANIEL for being so responsive with all my queries. They were very quick to find a property that suits me even if I was a newcomer and this is the first time that I will be renting a property given the competition in the letting market in the island without any hassles. They do it without prejudice and they are very approachable. They never turned me down and was the first one who approached me for a possible available property since I walked in their office.

I called to arrange a viewing. Instead I received a sales pitch on how I should list my house with WBP so that the sellers of the house we were looking at would take us seriously. I told the girl that I won’t take up any more of her time and ended the call. In my opinion this is poor customer service and it certainly takes the good feeling out of looking at potential new properties. I will be avoiding WPB in future and I will be advising others to do the same.

My Sister in law had the misfortune of dealing with Lee from the sales team recently when she and the family had to move when their landlord sold the house. Despite not having WBP as landlords Lee felt it necessary to use defamatory language and verbal abuse during a telephone call with my sister in law after the property was vacated. If it wasn't upsetting enough to face an eviction during a pandemic and having to move to a new town having to endure what can only be described as a tirade of abuse was incredibly distressing. Finding somewhere off of the Island when you're on the mainland is notoriously difficult, from the video tour I secured my new home and it's been an absolute pleasure dealing with Lauren and Daniel. Laurens positive cherpy demeanor had a wonderfully calming effect in a very stressful time. Nothing was too much and the team worked tirelessly to chase my garentour company so I could move at very short notice. They even helped me on my business move day when I misplaced my keys, absolutely fantastic customer service very much appreciated 🙏
