Googleabsolutley rubbish, 8 months in only to end up with no sale because of incompetence with the so called sales team , and an equally rubbish law firm reccomended by WBP , would not reccomend anyone to use this estate agent. will seek compensation for time wasted , this was certainly made even worse as my dad had passed away and this sale was needed to clear bills. The staff here had information that was in fact not correct and led to this experience being one of the most stressful times of our lives ........ no one in the office can help and the manager is never there .... part of a bigger group including shulmans solicitors , there are no words to describe how we feel that could be posted here without going into a major rant . Stay away and take my advise.
