Today I was supposed to view two properties. When I arrived at the first there was a sold sign outside. It took me 5 calls to get through to crook and blight who then told me they had cancelled my appointments. They never phoned me so a two hour drive was wasted. I would not touch a house offered on the market by this company.

First interaction was with James and I believe either Carys or Ellie then Anthony, Becky and of course the lovely Charlotte who had to put up with my long drawn out emails.. thank you so much for all of your help!! GoogleAbsolutely avoid these estate agents if you can. The estate agent they kept sending us with knew nothing about the houses they showed us which completely wasted our time and most of all tried to push for a sale ASAP and exchange contracts probably hoping we were in that much of a rush to not bother waiting for a surveyor because the house they were selling us has ASBESTOS. First time we tried to buy from them they didn’t even bother calling us to let us know our offer got declined, we only found out when we seen the house we bid for was Sold STC. I am absolutely traumatised and heartbroken to know how greedy and selfish estate agents are just so they can make a quick sale and get commission. My grandfather died inhaling asbestos and I am furious this is not taken more seriously! No wonder why they keep begging for you to leave a good review because they provide a terrible service.

GoogleVery helpful staff. A special mention of Anthony who showed us around two properties. He gave us time and was more than willing to answer any queries we had. It was very easy to arrange a second viewing of the property we were interested in and on this occasion we were well and truly looked after by Noel. Again we weren't rushed. We were given the opportunity to look around at our pace. The ladies in the office have been great. Any questions have been answered very promptly.
