I honestly can’t recommend Ellie Mai enough! From start to finish of our move, her service has been absolutely amazing. She was always at the end of the phone or replying quickly to emails, which made such a stressful process feel so much more manageable. Ellie stayed completely on top of everything, constantly chasing the chain to keep things moving and making sure everyone was updated at every stage. Her communication, dedication, and professionalism really stood out, and we always felt reassured knowing she was handling things. It’s been a really difficult process to get to the stage of offer accepted on the house we’re purchasing, through no fault at all of Crook & Blight. Against the odds, Nieve and the team have done an amazing job of playing middle man in a difficult situation to get us to this stage. Anthony was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Crook and Blight (C&B) did a great job for us selling our house. James Crook visited to provide a valuation and some advice on landscaping work, that would increase the appeal of the property, which was much appreciated. Following completion of that work the property was very promptly marketed and C&B were quickly able to generate a lot of interest. This resulted in a sale at the asking price (a slick piece of sales negotiation by Ellie-Mai) within a very short period. The sale progressed smoothly through to completion. All stages of the sale process were handled promptly and very professionally. I wholeheartedly recommend C&B's services. I live in the USA and had the pleasure of working with Crook and Blight Estate Agents. My estate agent James Crook and Ellie Mai Evans, the sales progressor, are an exceptional team that handled the sale of my plot of land on Ridgeway Hill in Newport, Wales. Crook and Blight handled all the online marketing for the plot of land, including on their own website and two other top property platforms. James and Ellie Mai sifted through numerous enquiries to identify the one serious buyer who ultimately completed the purchase. Throughout the process, James and Ellie Mai were excellent communicators, providing great advice on pricing and marketing strategies and coordinating with the buyer and solicitor. While I remained in the USA throughout the whole process, Crook and Blight took care of everything, including finding me a landscaper to periodically mow the plot and keep the property looking attractive in the residential neighbourhood. I highly recommend you choose Crook and Blight Estate Agents; they are excellent!

What an amazing estate agent. Anthony was amazing - after experiencing pinkmove (who were vague and unclear), this was a breath of fresh air. Anthony knew everything we wanted to know about the house we viewed, and it almost felt like we were being shown around by the owner. I cannot stress enough how excellent my experience with Crook and Blight has been, specifically Bethan in the rental department, she is a credit to her company and a truly wonderful person. This was the easiest most straight forward rental I have ever had and the lines of communication were always open. Emails were always responded to on the same day, and even when I sent an email in the middle of the night to ask a question I had a reply by 11am without fail the next morning which helped me so much as I am quite anxious. Having such a quick response time was a huge relief, and it really is all thanks to Bethan who was unwavering in her support and worked tirelessly to ensure we had everything we needed and had all the references etc handled so quickly I didn't even have time to worry about them! If I could give more stars I would. 10/10

We never felt at any point the priority was with the seller and they did their utmost to help us complete the sale whilst working through the difficult challenges buying a house can bring. They basically bent over backwards for us. After two years, we had to rent our house. We checked out the local competition for lettings and Crook and Blight won hands down. They are a small family business and they don’t have a never-ending charge list, the prices are by far the most competitive and they will accommodate your needs whilst looking after the renter. Their customer service skills are exceptional and we could not thank Bethan and the team more for all the service they have given.

Wow, Wow, Wow!!!! What a sales team! I went to view a property today with Crook and Blight and I had Anthony and Dale show me around and explain my options, give me advise as well as as giving me a contact number for a fab mortgage advisor. One thing I will say is if I ever need to sell a house I will be asking for Anthony and Dale to sell it for me. I then called the office and spoke to George, yet again another super member to the team! They all gave me lots of useful advise because being a first time buyer I am learning the ropes! Can’t thank these people enough. Now to buy the house! 😁 Just to add I will be looking more at buying a house from Crook and blight because of this as they have given the best customer service experience! We were shown a property with an Agent called George who was by far the worst estate agent ive had the pleasure of meeting. He did not formally introduce himself, no handshakes and we (myself and partner) felt as though he had made judgments on us instantly. He did not answer a single question in relation to the property, could not answer basic questions such as how long the sellers had lived at the property! He did not show any real passion to sell the house. Showed the company in a very poor light.
