Google⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant Service & Excellent Communication Throughout I’ve had a really positive experience with Crook & Blight during my house sale. The level of communication and support I received was excellent from start to finish. Every time I needed an update, they got back to me quickly and clearly, and I always felt like I knew exactly where things stood. Ellie-Mai in particular has been amazing, friendly, patient, and always on top of things. She chased the buyer’s solicitor without me even having to ask, kept me updated at every stage, and genuinely made a stressful process feel much easier. It’s rare to find an agent who communicates this well, and I really appreciated the effort. I would happily use Crook & Blight again in the future. They’ve been reliable, proactive, and very supportive throughout the whole process. Highly recommended.

We have mainly dealt with Lara and George, and we had the pleasure of dealing with Anthony too. They all went out of their way to help as and if we had any questions they would always try and answer them or get answers for us! Amazing customer service!

GoogleI wish to share my experience as a potential buyer with Crook & Blight. A viewing of property could be arranged in the next day after a request was made. Then, further information from vendor was available also in next day after an enquiry was made. The staff of Crook & Blight gave prompt attention to all our requests/enquiries especially Ellie-Mai, I have never thought that a reply could be sent to me at 11:26PM! Thank for all the assistance and work done.

Having dealt with more than a dozen agents over the last three months, we can honestly say that he was one of the best we have come across. He was professional, friendly and helpful. If more agents were half as good as him, dealing with estate agents would be a pleasure.

Googleedit: still finding water damage. Spent around 30K now and having to hire professional dehumidifier too. It should be illegal to sell properties like this pretending it's livable. So dissapointed. Sold us a house with 20K worth of repais in hidden faults. Looked dry and good when we visited both times. Had a friend property consultant point out some obvious minor repairs and no major concerns. As soon as we moved in the house started to become damp and overgrown with mold. They must have been drying it out and getting it cleaned up before our visits?!... I was already pregnant and my baby was born with a heart problem needing surgery probably due to unhealthy living conditions...avoid avoid avoid

GoogleI have recently used Crook and Blight to let out my flat for the first time - as this is a completely new experience to me, I needed someone to take me through every step of the process. Becky Quinn has been absolutely invaluable to me during the past few months, Becky has provided me with every last thing I need to do at each stage, has offered help and support when I need it and has always been extremely prompt to reply which is very much appreciated in such a stressful process. If I continue to let in the future, Becky will definitely be my first point of contact as long as she's not sick of my emails by then!

GoogleRichard Crook acted for the seller when we bought our house. When, years later, we came to sell that house, his firm were the natural choice for us. They were always optimistic of a successful outcome, even when we had doubts. They arranged a far higher number of viewers than we had thought possible, in the process securing a number of offers. Richard and Jane were very supportive during the conveyancing process, making calls up and down the chain when necessary to keep it all moving along to completion and feeding back promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and when, in years to come, we want to sell our new house I'm sure Crook & Blight will be high on our list of potential estate agents.

GoogleBeen house hunting for a while, and the treatment from CrookandBlight has been some of the best of any estate agent. If it comes time for me to sell again, I will remember these guys and go to them. Thanks to Anthony for showing us round, and being so accomodating for us asking questions about the general area not just the property. Update: I did purchase a property CrookandBlight were marketing, and they were of great assistance even when solicitors were not being. Thanks to Holly and the whole team for dealing with my constant questions!

Throughout the process, I felt there was a lack of professionalism and an inability to fully understand or appropriately respond to important communications, including correspondence provided by my solicitor during the sale of the property.

Trying to get information from the conveyancers has been difficult and not forthcoming, Ellie-Mai with her pro-active determination on behalf of the client managed to prise the information out and communicated it directly and efficiently Well done

GoogleCrook and Blight have been extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the whole purchasing process. They’ve offered ongoing support and multiple subsequent viewings once our offer was accepted which enabled us to show family around and measure different rooms etc. We would particularly like to thank Anthony for our house viewing; his knowledge, humour and general personable nature made the viewing experience so enjoyable and relaxed. A huge thank you also goes to Aimee in the office as she was always at hand to answer any questions we had and solved any queries or problems with efficiency and empathy.
