Great experience! We have been looking for an investment property for nearly six months now and meeting Anthony at the property was a nice surprise. He answered every question we had and was clearly well prepared (believe us, this is very unusual for most of the agents who feel that the house will sell anyway so they do not need to make any effort!!!). Sorry, changing my original review from a 5* to a 1* After renting with them for 5 years and now moved on and trying to get my bond back, they are only supporting the landlord and not me in their claim to retain my full bond. I was living in terrible conditions and I am disputing their claim with lots of evidence, photos and email chains. As a landlord they’ve got your back, but not as a renter unfortunately. A tip for renters: make sure you email all complaints/issues with a property and take photos so you’ve got evidence, as you’re on your own in this rental world. The only honest person working here is Becky. She was always understanding and as helpful as possible.

Carys our lovely agent that took is round the property twice was so welcoming, approachable and lovely to chat too. She was cery informative and not pushy at all, she gave a great honest outlook on the property and was very accomadating and never rushed us we hope to see her on more viewings! Also Neil the broker was SUPER helpful and really educated me on so many things we had no knowlede of. Over all your team on emails and in the office have been so quick to respond and generally really easy to communicate with. We hope we buy a house with this lovely agency as tge staff are amazing!
