From viewing the property I went on to buy with Mark, who was friendly and knowledgeable, to the end result of completion, the team have been amazing. They continually kept me updated, chased and challenged to get things moving and Steve worked wonders when things got tricky. Would recommend 100%

Moved into a rental property last year with my partner for the first time and can honestly say was the easiest process I’ve ever had, Alan and the rest of the team were brilliant, no question was left unanswered, every time I needed them they were very quick to respond. In 2105 we invited three estate local agents to discuss selling our home in Walton Park. Steve Rogers from HOW, was by far the most professional having prepared thoroughly, and researched the local market to underpin his rationale for proposing a sale price. No hard sell just good honest research to back his advice. We went with HOW and the ongoing customer service through a rocky purchasing period was outstanding. In 2021 our daughter was ready to move on from her shared ownership flat and once again HOW stepped up to the mark and helped her to navigate through and challenge the bureaucracy that is shared ownership, got photos taken and advertised, and secured 6 viewings in a Covid secure manner within two weeks with two offers made.all at a fair and reasonable fee! I chose to put my flat on the market with Homes on Web after they impressed me during the initial consultation. They were very professional and knowledgeable and I felt that the sale would be in good hands. From putting my flat on the market, to completion, Homes on Web were brilliant. Really on the ball, really efficient. Constantly doing everything they could to keep everything moving forward. Communication was great and they kept me updated at every stage. If I needed to talk to them, I could, and I would always get a prompt call back if the person I needed to speak with wasn't currently in the office. During the sale, there were a few tricky situations to deal with. Homes on Web were really supportive and a massive help with these situations, and I felt like they really had my back. Homes on Web are a really friendly, professional team. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for my next sale, and I'll be recommending them to everyone I know.
