Absolutely top quality service. We had already gone through a difficult time selling, but Steve, Mark and the team did a first class job of selling our house (within 2 weeks) and then an even better job managing the various other estate agents, solicitors and some fairly difficult buyers! Could not recommend them enough. As an added bonus, they are very competitively priced indeed!

Steve and Homes on the Web went out of the way to help me with selling my house especially when we met some stumbling blocks along the way. Steve was tenacious in helping me get the sale through. I have been and will continue to recommend them to anyone saying that they are selling their property. I will definitely use them again sometime in the future!

Brilliant and credible estate agency! Mark and Steve handled the sale and onward purchase of our home with great communication throughout the process, we hardly had to chase. Their marketing, including image selection and the attention to detail they place in their listings is second to none in the area. They know how to make your property stand out! Would recommend 100%!!

I can not thank Steve and the Homes On Web team enough for everything they did to finally get us to the sold point. Their tireless efforts after several set backs of buyers pulling out etc was what helped me through the stressful of times. They are so reasonable, approachable and unlike the normal estate agent brand. Fantastic service, thank you!

Really nice friendly company that get the job done. They gave me good accurate information based on what I needed to hear and not on what I wanted to hear. This is important to sell successfully and not always what you expect from estate agents. I trusted the way the valuation was pitched and ultimately reaped the reward with a quick sale.

Absolute brilliant service from start to finish.. First of all.. Alan, What a top bloke he is, bends his back to go the extra mile to get things sorted, I can honestly say it has been a pleasure dealing with him, I had let’s say a messy moving in stage but Alan helped me sail through it and made it as stress free as it could possibly get. Same for moving out. thank you homes on the web. 5 stars from me! Alex Blackwell end

We selected Homes On Web to market and sell our property earlier this year. Steve, Mark and the rest of the team were fantastic throughout the process, helping us to stage and present the house as well as arranging great quality photos to be taken. On the first half day of viewings we received multiple offers, meaning we could then focus on finding our next house. They were professional, but personable as well, and we would not hesitate to market future properties with them.

Mark and Steve recently looked after the successful sale of my house in a tricky chain. From start to finish they did a great job in marketing my property and once sold managed both up and down the chain to ensure completion. Easy to get hold of and good knowledge of the MK market. Thanks.

Stephen, Mark and Mike provided exceptional service throughout the whole process of my house sale. From the outset they were clear, honest and emphatic with both myself and prospective buyers viewing the property. They negotiated a more than anticipated selling price and closed the sale with the utmost professionalism. I absolutely recommend Homes on Web and thank them for their thoroughly detailed work.
