What can I say?..... HOW Homes on Web are simply the BEST estate agent out there. You may not have heard of them but I guarantee you 100% you will not be disappointed, you will be delighted that you saved yourself thousands of pounds! We had two popular high street agents to value our home and they both gave us the same valuation. HOW valued it at 25k more and marketed it at 'offers over'. Our house received 5 offers within 2 weeks and we ended up with £15,000 over the asking price and £40,000 over what the 2 high street agents had valued it at. HOW are excellent value for money, extremely professional, they chase through right until the end. If I could give 10 stars I would! Steve, Mark and Lauren did a fantastic job of marketing and selling my property in a very difficult climate. I initially went with another larger agent and was unimpressed with their lacklustre service. Homes on Web were completely different; they were friendly, genuine and proactive throughout, they offer everything the other agents do but at a lower cost and with a more personal touch. Where do I even start?! Steve and all of the team at Homes on Web are honestly a cut above other agencies I've used. The stand out for me was the attention to detail and the little personal touches. From my experience with this company, I would personally never use them or recommend them to anyone, their lack of communication and information was zero to me, Never once did they ask for my personal details, even though they where selling a joint owned property. A perfect example of this was when I found out in April and not from (How) that the people who bought the house had lost there buyer in the middle of the January stamp duty in which house prices where going up by £20,000-£25,000, Without any disrespect to the Buyers, I should have been given this information, at the time so I could have discussed what the options where. Maybe I am Wrong for thinking this????? One of the main thing that frustrate me is thatc they have never asked for my personal details. Which I find hard to fathom. They just seemed happy to deal with one side and not to contact the other I personally think, that this is unprofessional in Business, as they where fully made aware of the circumstances regarding the sale of property. So as you can imagine I won't use or recommend them,.

100% perfect estate agent. A strange sentence to write because there are so many charlatans in the property industry, but Homes on Web really were perfect dealing with my very difficult buyer (who stopped communicating at the end), my solicitor (who it took days to get in touch with sometimes) and the higher chain (who gave us no problems, and were also a HoW customer). I was happy to buy a property sold by them, which we found a few months after choosing HoW to sell our property, so they had access across the entire 3 person chain. I don't think the chain would have completed without HoW, they worked so hard, and for a fixed up front fee without complaint. It's so difficult to come across an honest company in this industry, and finding HoW was like finding a natural spring in the desert. I can't recommend them highly enough.
