GoogleTerrible communication. Email only in adverts which you send an email and they don't read or respond. You may want to consider an estate agent you can actually speak too to discuss a property. I would recommend avoiding.
Hi Matt , weβre really sorry we didnβt communicate well enough with you on this occasion. Due to such a large demand on the property you enquired about we felt it would be easier for our clients to contact us via email so we had a clear record of who contacted us first & their position etc. It certainly wasnβt our intention to make you feel this way. I can see we did contact you but I can understand why you felt frustrated being told the property had been let without an email stating that fact. We pride ourselves on looking after our customers. As I mentioned we will try to help you find an alternative property & make sure if anything changes on the one you enquired about we will make sure we call you immediately . Sorry once again. Steve

GoogleHighly Recommended. We were nervous to use a web based estate agent, especially as we took the pay upfront option but we are so glad we did. Our house move encountered a number of setbacks (none of which were due to HOW) and we were very close to giving up. But the team at HOW kept us positive, kept the viewings coming and were very straight with their communication, even when delivering us difficult news. As we paid upfront, it would have been easy for HOW to drop off their efforts but the opposite happened. It was like their pride and reputation was at stake and they increased their determination to secure our house move. It was like they were moving house themselves. Other positive factors include being easy to contact, very flexible and extremely competitively priced. I am not sure how traditional estate agents are going to justify their inflated fees in the future. We do not think I would be writing this review in my new house if it wasnβt for Homes on Web. Hopefully we do not need to move house again in the near future but if we did, Homes on Web would be the estate agent we would call again to sell our home.
