Steven and the team were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. From the initial consultation and valuation, I never felt under pressure, which was really important to me. The photos of the property were fantastic, and viewings were handled smoothly and professionally. Their strong local knowledge of the area was clear throughout the process and gave me great confidence in their approach. Not only did I sell my property through HOW, but I also purchased my new home through them too. Being both a seller and a buyer meant I experienced their service from both sides, and in each case it was exceptional. Despite the chain having a few twists and turns due to legal and chain-related issues, the team remained patient, informative, and always approachable. They were proactive in contacting solicitors, other estate agents, and everyone involved to keep track of progress and ensure things kept moving forward. Moving home is always stressful, but HOW made the process feel far more manageable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future and would happily recommend them to others.

Homes on Web were amazing from start to finish. Mark was honestly brilliant, he managed to get me into my new home in just 6, 7 weeks and went above and beyond to make it happen. At one point, he even contacted a previous customer just to help avoid delays with the council, which I really appreciated. He also recommended a great solicitor who was super on it throughout, and even they spoke really highly of the estate agents, which says a lot! It was clear they all worked well together, which helped keep everything moving. Mark kept me in the loop the whole time and would always chase things when needed, including giving me a nudge if I was the one holding things up. I’m honestly so grateful, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you to Mark and the whole team!!

We took our time to carefully consider which estate agent to use when selling our home in Newport Pagnell. We are so pleased that we chose Mark from Homes on the Web for many reasons. The number one reason was that he never acted like an estate agent he helped us to navigate the whole process and we felt he was always on our side. Where do I begin? A pleasure from start to finish. I had seen and heard of HOW for a while and heard great things about them. I almost couldn't wait to sell my house, just so I could use them and see for myself what everyone had been raving about! They put the customer first. You can see this runs throughout the company - whoever you speak to, they're just there to help and get things done. There were bumps in the road with the sale/purchase (nothing to do with HOW I might add) but their experience meant that bumps were mere minor issues, they liaised with all parties involved and made sure it was sorted. The Best Estate Agents in MK - Fact! I’d suffered a few chain breaks prior to a friend recommending HOTW. Steve and the team were amazing at not only restoring my faith and finding me a new (genuine) buyer ~ when my buyers chain broke they found my buyer a new buyer and managed our entire chain so diligently through to completion. We originally chose Purple Bricks for our sale based purely on price, but I really liked Mark and Steve, and after a disastrous start with Purple Bricks we quickly jumped ship and got on the phone to Homes On Web who got to work straight away. It was the best decision we could have made, and the results spoke for themselves. The difference in service we received was night and day. Everything was superb from the listing and photos, to viewings being managed, and all the work behind the scenes to see our sale through. The team at Homes On Web are also very transparent and honest, and took all the stress away from us, which is exactly what we wanted. We didn't have to chase them or worry what they were doing, nor did we ever feel like they'd got our business and we weren't their priority any more. The photographer they use is also absolutely fantastic, and does an incredible job. We've had photographers before and they are usually varying shades of diabolical, but Homes On Web have absolutely nailed it. Mark also recommended Right Choice conveyancing who were fantastic too. I know many people run a mile from an agents recommended solicitor as the big players do it purely for commission, but with Right Choice you have great agents and great solicitors working closely together to get your sale done. I wouldn't hesitate to use Homes On Web in future, and wouldn't even consider looking elsewhere. Thank you Mark and Steve !

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend homes on web to anyone. The service was personal and professional. We could call up Steve and the team about any issue or if we had any question. We did our research and decided to go with Mark on Homes on Web as we were always keen to choose an estate agent who we believed could offer us a bespoke and a personalised service so we didn’t want to go with any of the top big ones in the area. For us what mattered most was that we could undertake this journey at our own pace and not feel rushed at any point to make decisions in haste. It was nice to work with Homes on Web estate agents. We were buyers and bought property advertised by Homes on Web. Right from viewing the property through the completion, the entire process was smooth. The person who showed us property (sorry I forgot the name) was very kind and gentle. He answered all our questions patiently. There were some delays but we were kept in loop and informed regularly with honest answers. Mark and Steve kept the communication up through the entire process and answered our phone calls all the time and when not available for some reason, called us back every time. And on the completion day we not only got the keys of house but a surprise celebratory gift as well from Homes on Web :-). Highly recommended.
