Excellent Estate Agents !! I would highly recommend both Steve and Mark for going above and beyond to sell our property at higher than the asking price. We sought valuations from 5 different agents in MK, including the big players. Homes on Web valued our property the highest and then went on to sell it above the valuation price . There was excellent communication throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. I wanted to be heavily involved with the photographs, description of the property,  RightMove advert, etc. and they were very accomodative and understanding which I especially appreciated. They also went out of their way to ensure the buyer's side didn't slack- we exchanged within 2 months of starting viewings.

We would highly recommend the HoW team. We purchased our house from HoW and I can honestly say that if it wasn’t for Steve, Mark and the amazing team the purchase would never have gone through. They went though all the ups and downs with us and helped push things along. The team was very knowledgeable, kept us up to date and provided us with advice and tips every step of the way. They were hands down the best estate agent we have ever dealt with and constantly went above and beyond. After a stressful few months we are finally in our new house and hope to never move house again. Thank you to Steve and the team.

As the buyer of a property, you don't get to choose the Estate Agent that you deal with but we were extremely lucky to fall in love with a house being sold through Homes on Web. We honestly cannot recommend Homes on Web enough; their service has been outstanding. Mark Fullard who looked after us was there from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble; we had many frustrating issues with solicitors and our bank, Mark went above and beyond to help us. We haven’t bought and sold for several years, so we were rather out of touch with the process, but everything was explained every step of the way, and this is so helpful when you are trying to organise so many things. We were also kept updated all the way through, which really is appreciated as sometimes you can feel in the dark about what is happening in other areas, but Mark was always proactive in seeing what was happening and helping where he could. We interacted with different members of the team, and they were all very professional and helpful, if you needed a call back, it happened and these days that can be quite a rare occurrence! The customer service without doubt is exceptional.

They helped me in my sale as well as purchase of a resedential property in MK. They’d secured 4 good offers for us within 10 days of our first meeting and continued to be as proficient throughout the rest of the selling process, helping us through a buyer drop-out and all the usual niggles quickly and efficiently, and going above and beyond to resolve one particular sticking point to keep things moving forward. We recently completed the sale of our property with HOW. They sold our house within 6 weeks at a good price. It took 11 months to go through but that was absolutely no fault of HOW. Steve worked tirelessly chasing solicitors and keeping us updated on the situation which is more than can be said for our solicitors!
