Homes on the Web ( Stephen, Mark and Lauren) are an Excellent, professional and very highly recommended Estate Agent. We recently sold our house on the Racecourses in West Bletchley during the covid lockdown, and simply put, without Mark and Stephens professional know how and great communications and in depth advice it just would not have happened. From start, meeting Stephen and agreeing the way forward, through viewings and onto sales negotiations, and in overcoming covid legal issues the " homes team" kept us really well informed. They went the extra mile with our sale, helping our buyers enormously too, and they kept in regular contact with all concerned during a very difficult and strange period in which to move house. I believe my sale would not have happened without Mark's regular phone calls and both his and Steve's advice on numerous legal and selling issues was simply invaluable. Steven and the team were absolutely brilliant, really helpful throughout the whole process, straight talking and honest - by far the best estate agency I've dealt with. When Steven first came to value our property we listened to the success stories & statistics & thought yep, that's what all estate agents say. We've bought & sold many, many properties in MK & elsewhere in the country for over 20 years & have heard it all with agents. HOW sold an identical property to ours last year, their fees were competitive - we went for the no up front option - and we liked that they're a family business so we instructed them. The first few weeks of marketing were very quiet, it was early February & we only had a couple of viewings. Then we had two consecutive viewings on a Sunday & they both made offers. This, in our experience, is where the real work starts for an agent. Identifying the right buyer, negotiating the price, tying up the sale & making sure everyone is happy. Which was done & dusted within a couple of days. Next comes the really hard bit - making sure the sale actually goes through. Some houses sell themselves, and ours are usually in that category, it's progressing the sale that's the clincher in terms of how good an agent actually is. And HOW are top notch. It doesn't matter who answers the phone when you call, they all know who you are & can find out what's happening. Steven works incredibly long hours & is on the ball at all times. Mark is super proactive & was always ahead of us, which takes some doing! Just to add - please don't confuse HOW with purely online agents. They're not the same at all. They're the best of both worlds, with the strong online presence & a very low fee option - which we'll be using next time - and all the personal service you'd find with a much more expensive high street agent. In our opinion they're far superior to high street agents & we've used a few of them over the years! Our sale completed last Friday - thanks guys 😁 Our daughter will be instructing HOW next week on her sale & we will most definitely be coming back to you with our next one.

I can’t fault the team at HOW. Extremely professional with expert knowledge of the local market. Their advice on price was spot on and my house sold after the third viewing for the asking price. Mark and Steve gave me sound advice all the way through the process and were always on top of chasing the other parties in the chain which meant completion took only 9 weeks from acceptance of offer.
