I was over the moon with Astons who dealt with the sale of my old house and the purchase of my new one. They were extremely professional and had a wealth of knowledge. They kept me fully informed throughout the process and ensured that both the sale and purchase went through smoothly. They were all super friendly and we felt like our sale and purchase were the only one they were dealing with when we dealt with them. On the day of exchange their was a miss communication between the solicitors that nearly left my family homeless for the evening. Absolutely excellent and professional estate agent service. I sold my 3 bed house through Astons Estate Agents. They were honest, realistic and accurate about the sale value of my property. They gave me excellent practical advice to maximise it's "showability". The photos taken really showed my property at its very best. Astons filtered out time-wasters, but still initiated & conducted a large number of viewings. While it was on the market, I had several offers; Astons provided advise as to whether they were reasonable offers and from potential purchasers with a genuine interest. They assisted with keeping the chain going and were polite and easy to work with even when the chain further down had issues. I cannot rate Stuart and Gary highly enough. I notice that once their efforts with my sale introduced Aston's to the village, several other properties that went on sale chose to use Astons. A truly first rate service.
