GoogleI would thoroughly recommend Astons Estate Agents. The service that they provided me with was second to none, especially as 2020 was a very challenging year for all. All of the staff, Gary, Juan, Stuart, plus others that helped me in my sale, whether on the phone or in the office, were professional and courteous. I was kept informed of how matters were proceeding at all times, which was so important to me. Viewings were punctual, and feedback was always provided. On a very stressful moving day, the staff went that extra mile to ensure that things progressed to a satisfactory conclusion. GoogleWe've been dealing with James at Astons in trying to sell our flat, and whilst the potential buyers haven't been there yet, James has been the consummate professional, keeping us in the loop and giving us quality feedback each time a viewing takes place, positive or negative. He's always there to help if we've got a query - nothing seems too much trouble. GoogleWanted to view a property. They denies us viewing the property because we didn't want to talk to their mortgage consultant. We have our own. We moved here from US and we are disgusted by the bad customer service we received from this company. We found this property on righmove. So basically they declined the viewing to a very good customer, potentially paying with cash. I'm sure their client won't be happy if they knew they are not trying very hard to sell their property. We also spent 20 minutes on the phone giving all personal details, waste of time. Not sure if what they are doing is even legal. Will have to look into it. Such a shady business
Fact....we only spoke to your husband not you and It was less than 5 minutes...not the 20 you claim. In the times of covid we make sure that all viewings are safe and that all potential buyers are financially checked...we offer a mortgage service your husband declined. I asked for a copy of his AIP and said I would check with the vendor that they would be happy to take a viewing that we could not financially check. I called your husband back to arrange the viewing which he declined...fact you declined to be financially checked and the viewing. I think your review is harsh. I'm happy to arrange the viewing if you call us. Normal practice as all estate agents must conform to the Money Laundering Regulations, and doing thorough checks is standard practice. In certain circumstances, the Estate Agent may ask for further proof.

GoogleAston’s were really helpful and very well organised. We didn’t want to put the house on the market immediately as we needed to get probate first. During the time we waited for probate, Aston’s took measurements of the house, made a floor plan & took photographs. When we got probate, Aston’s advertised our property. It went on the market on 2nd of September and the next day we had an offer! We exchanged contracts on 25th October & we completed the next Friday, 1st of November. A great company and commission is only 1% - it must be the cheapest in the area!

GoogleI have been using Aston Estate agents for the last seven years. In that time. they have managed three tenants for my rented properties. What impressed me most was that they were more interested for me to have a sound tenant rather than renting the property as quickly as possible. Also they have really good back up services, Mortgage advice etc. When we used them for purchasing the house we now live in, they kept us informed and warned us of any problems and potential problems.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe recently purchased a property in Newport Pagnell. We sold our own house using Purple Bricks who we will certainly not be recommending, their service was disgusting once House is sold there was no guidance given to us whatsoever. Astons however was the estate agent for the people selling their house to us and I think due to my husband making them aware who our estate agent was at a certain point in the process we started getting regular up.dates on the situation which we were very grateful for and very impressed with. We will certainly be recommending you and if we ever move again we will choose you for sure.
