Astons helped me look for a property in our local area. James Wilson was particularly helpful both with looking out for properties for us as well as showing us round potential houses. I really appreciated his approach to stepping back and letting us look around the house ourselves (but came around with us). It puts me off when other estate agents are pushy and try to sell you the house, because I feel like I can’t concentrate on looking at the house when they talk too much! I bought a one-bedroom house through Astons in August 2020. From the first contact and throughout the viewings and the offer process I found Gary to be a very friendly and likeable guy, and this helped me feel comfortable with the process which was great as a first time buyer. I wasn't sure at first whether I would take the mortgage advice through them as well but in the end I was really glad I did! Kerri was excellent and helped me a lot, not just with the mortgage but with numerous aspects of the process. She impressed me a lot with her enthusiasm and dedication, and even arranged my building and contents insurance whilst in Malta after a last minute change to my completion date!
