GoogleEven a phone call with them is a nightmare. I think a buyer should be just as valued as a seller but that certainly is not translated in the communication.
Have you left the review on the right company....what property is this review about please. we are based in Newport Pagnell not London. Would like to talk to you to sort out..leaving a review under company name is a bit unfair. Please read the 100s of positive reviews.

GoogleRating due to the very obvious flooding issues at the property which I have to assume the agent was previously aware of. Flood marks on the brickwork were at some 1-1.5m levels rendering the gated car park unusable. More of a swimming pool than a car park. Could have saved us both some time if you declared that.
Why 1 star. I have read your review regarding flooding. The flat had not flooded. Half of Newport Pagnell is within a flood zone area. That was the first viewing after the floods and we had not been told about the damage to the building. I still feel giving Astons 1 star is very unfair please call me to discuss...I am sorry you feel we should have informed you as i said we did not know. Anybody reading this review he never answered his phone and never called us....shame when an agent working in these conditions gets silly reviews like this.

GoogleWe recently used Astons Estate agents for the sale of a 1 bedroom flat. Within the first week they managed to arrange 4 viewings and were great at negotiating the price with a buyer. Initially we agreed the sale on day 9. We also liked that they were keeping in touch throughout the process and updated us with all necessary information.
