We had a very difficult purchaser but Gary went the extra mile to try and speed things up with the purchaser and their solicitors. He was very proactive and was a joy to deal with. I would highly recommend anyone buying and selling a house to use Astons.

When we first tried to contact Astons Estates, we had a lot of trouble trying to view the property which was a big shame. But because they had a house, we really liked we kept being persistent with them and eventually got a viewing. We were hopeful that we wouldn’t have to deal with the person that we dealt with over the phone. This was because we felt that he wasn’t letting us view the property because we couldn’t afford it. Once we went to the viewing, we were met with Gary who was a breath of fresh air for us and a completely different character than the one we were dealing with over the phone. Gary knew everything about the house from the get-go and just made it much easier for us to decide. After we had a price agreed we were then on our way to buy our first house and I must give Gary his credit he was always on the other end of the phone answering any of our questions but also proving to us how helpful he really is by staying in constant communication with us throughout. I just wanted to say if you get to speak to Gary at Astons, you are in for a great person but also a fantastic professional. It was a shame he was away when we collected our keys, but I will say that Stuart who dealt with me on this morning was great and another great professional. Thank you.

We moved house during the first lockdown and fortunately Astons were one of the few Estate agents who remained available to speak to. The process started prior to lockdown and we viewed the property 3 times. Each time we spent a considerable amount of time there but we were never rushed. Terrible. They will ask you for your shoe size and your mother's milk flavour just to arrange a viewing. When you enquire what possible reasons they have to ask this, the Managing Director" will shout at you that you're the only person who has ever doubted him. Stay away!
