We needed a storage unit in Chippenham at very short notice and Paul couldn't have been more helpful. The process was quick and straightforward, and a very positive experience. When we arrived to drop off, Andrew was there. Again, he was amazingly welcoming and helpful, offering coffee, water and help with carrying items if we needed it. I would definitely recommend this company, especially the Chippenham branch.

I was skeptical to use this at first but Jake was a great help, explaining everything and hiw secure and safe my belongings are. The facilities are very clean and large enough to move and accommodate what i need. I recommend.

Fantastic service. From the moment I first rang Cinch, Sally was really helpful, advising me on the correct size storage unit and costs etc.When I came to move my belongings in she went above and beyond to make it happen as they were having their floors painted and without her help I wouldn't have been able to move my stuff. I would definitely recommend Cinch.. Competitive prices too 🤗

I booked my storage but at short notice had to change the day as couldn’t move my belongings for another 10 days. Mark was very accommodating and kept the storage space reserved for me. Staff extremely helpful over the phone assisting in determining appropriate storage unit sizes and providing quotations for units likely to be suitable. At the facility itself Fatima was extremely pleasant and helpful showing my wife and I around the storage units and completing the requisite paperwork for us to hire a unit.

Cinch offers a very personal service, at the outset we asked for a bigger unit and Cinch reviewed that and suggested a smaller one which was refreshing 😁great value, super introductory offer and easy access. From the initial enquiry to helping us on the day - he made the whole process so easy…Very clean facilities and so easy to load and unload our stuff. Great initial discounted price too! You know when you don’t need the hard sale - Sally was absolutely amazing listened to what we needed and found storage to suit and at a bargain price too. Was great knowing that the site was so secure and Sally / team there to assist if you needed a hand with anything. By far the best storage I have found over years of using other solutions.

We live in central Southend, not only is Chinch super handy as close to home, its such a friendly and professional set up. Really really impressed. We took our unit out in March for six months. Every time I pull up I am so glad I chose this one, and not one on the Arterial Road. Really happy with the service. Placed a freezer in there today, and water must have shifted. The manager called to let us know, and was both professional and understanding. Cannot speak highly enough of the service.
