GoogleI had to urgently rent a storage unit due to my garage roof being changed last second. Turned up at Newmarket Cinch on friday and Nijole was extremely helpful. On Sunday morning Frazer was extremely helpful to finalise everything and it's all sorted. Dangerous and utterly terrible experience. Every year they send threats about sending insurance documentation, that they already have, and if I don't they will add insurance charges to my bill. NEVER again Cinch, your arrogance and threating emails are the last as I am going to change storage companies. Furthermore the units are flimsy and would be easily broken into. The worst thing is that electrical wires are hanging dangerously from the ceiling giving further indication of their distain for their customer's safety.Jessica, I have already expressed my concerns with the branch who stated it has been raised to the highest level. The very fact that it has not been resolved is precisely why I have posted a review to warn others of the dangers of Cinch. With the greatest respect, a marketing admin person like you is not going to doing any about it are you.

GoogleAmazing customer service, Gosia is very knowlegable and has ‚happy to help’ attitute. She helped me with everything and answered all my questions even gave me a training how to use the trolleys :) The store is clean and spacious and very user friendly. I will be using it again if I have to.

The Cinch unit at Leighton Buzzard was excellent. There was a very good range of sizes of storage, the whole place was spotlessly clean and the staff were always helpful and efficient. I was particularly impressed with the young woman (Jenny) who was on duty this weekend, as we were emptying our store. She was not only very efficient but extremely personable, and put a final gloss on a very good experience.

This was my first time using a self storage facility, Jake and his team were amazing. They helped to ensure I chose the correct sized storage unit by showing me around to help visualise. They explained the entire process (I had a lot of questions) and on our removal day were on had in case we had any further questions. Absolutely brilliant experience , nothing is too much trouble xx

GoogleThe staff at cinch Newmarket are so wonderful. Everything was smooth and easy with moving in and out. Even on the cold day of moving our stuff out of storage we got biscuits for my daughter who was have a moment! Thank you so much. Would definitely use Cinch again if needed in the future.

The staff there from the start to the finish have been great always going out there way to assist having dealt with Jason Arron and Matthew they helped from the moment we moved our stuff in and until we moved it out anytime I went there always would acknowledge With a smile or wave to say hi very professional all round.
