helpful with constructive advice. It was easy to talk to someone on the phone to reserve a container. My removal people were able to view it for suitability before unloading and when they weren't sure if it would be big enough we were given a sensible arrangement to find us space. The staff were all professional and friendly. The access is extremely good. With your own codes you can call in as and when you need.Trollies are available for moving boxes in and out although I think my removal people would have liked some larger ones to be available. Reassuringly calm durint a stressful activity.

Used Cinch Newmarket for the first time yesterday ( 6/10/24 ), can’t praise my experience enough !! Great storage space at a very reasonable price, great offers and deals to suit my needs. Extremely clean and the security is first class and very easy to use for the customer. I was greeted and taken care of by an extremely conscientious and friendly member of staff , Frazer , who went above and beyond to help me get things sorted and set up , and whilst dealing with me , helped other customers in a very kind and friendly manner. Top notch employee !!Will highly recommend this business to anybody and everyone ! Thankyou A1 !

I'm really impressed with the layout of this storage facility, they have front and rear access / lifts and it's very secure. Abbass the gentlemen who helped us was very polite and informative , he personally showed us every stage of the process and we left feeling very happy with the overall service, we would definitely recommend this cinch storage facility.

Booked 250sq for a house renovation. Information and site visit generally was good (spoke with Abass) , some misunderstanding/miscommunication on size seen vs when booking, however all-in-all good. Storage unit 1st floor booked with easy access to lift, nice and clean unit - got booked in, payment setup, getting codes to access site very easy.So far so good.

Bloody great storage place. Friendly and very helpful staff. There was an issue with the lift at first but the staff were so good it didn't matter. Easy access and lots of room. Clean and tidy couldn't ask for anything better

The staff at the Chippenham Cinch branch were very friendly and informative, they responded quickly to emails and information requests. The office/branch had lovely a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. When it came to closing the unit again the staff were helpful and informative and quick to respond. Often it is this stage of relationship which can be most difficult to navigate & where you feel unappreciated as a customer. This was definitely not the case with the Chippenham Cinch branch.
