I have been using cinch selfstorage in Southend On Sea since they opened.And I can honestly say they are excellent to do business with the units themselves are spacious clean and dry and the staff are friendly and will go out of there way to accommodate you where possible The price are very competitive and will do you a deal obviously depending on how long you keep the unit or units I have no problem recommending this company.

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly and made the sign up procedure very easy.Storage facilities are very clean and dry of course being inside, with easy access, even to the upper floor, with parking space outside the roll up doors , large trolleys on hand and easy access lift.Price seems comparable to our previous outside container storage which got damp in winter and was much harder to access.So far so good, would recommend.Lee

Southend branch couldn't be more friendly or helpful. Explained what I needed it for and between Mark and myself in the office, we knew what size would be best . The place is always clean . It's great I can come and go as I please. The price is very reasonable. It's reassuring to know my things are safe.Only thing I have had trouble with is the trolly. Ha haThe whole experience has been 5 stars .

I have had a fantastic experience with Cinch Storage in Leighton Buzzard. I have shopped around and settled with Cinch. Jason helped me sort it all out, find the right size, quote and all aspects of placing my belonging safely with them. He talked me through insurance and costs honestly and openly. The storage itself is safe, clean, dry and accessible. I get notifications in good time for their planned maintenance time, when closure is expected. Otherwise, I can come and go as I please, at any time. All paperwork on entry and exit were effortless, quick and fair. I thought 6 months initially what I needed but my circumstances made it 11 months. Matthew and Emma conducted my exit and they were also helpful. Thank you, Jason and Cinch Storage for helping me through a very difficult time in my personal life. Very highly recommended.

Company’s website was out of date with current availability. Allowed me to drop a deposit on reserving a unit that was never going to be available when I needed it.Their confirmation email was also from a no-reply email they suggested I should reply to if I had any issues. That reply bounced of courseThankfully they were quick to respond to my call and send me a refund on the deposit

Cinch was recommended to me by a biz neighbour. I’ve had my unit for around 6 months. I love the fact I can just come and go anytime of day.Lovely friendly staff. I’ve just given it up as I no longer need my unit but the whole process was seamless. Prices very competitive, offers on units alot if the time. I wouldn’t go any elsewhere now if I needed another one.
