Easy access and friendly staff and process. Be weary of the height of the rooms being restricted by beams, so could be 150f² floor space, but wouldn't equate to m³ being exact. Lifts quite slow, so don't expect to get in and out quick. Overall all went well and facilitated our move greatly.
We're thrilled you had a great experience! Thanks for supporting local a business and taking the time to leave a review.

TrustpilotHad a good experience with this company…
Had a good experience with this company had to move from one storage place to here and the rates were much better and more affordable the staff were fantastic, professional friendly and very understanding I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a storage unit and I would definitely use this company again … had my storage in the facility for over 10months …Although just a note if you are late with a payment they do lock the unit which of course is the rules .. just make sure your on time and all is well

GooglePretty good place, certainly better than some of the places I have visited, staff helpful. Lifts are quicker than usual places, shutter stays up for a better period of time for loading/unloading ( not too long though ) pins all worked well and parking area clean and tidy though I'm pretty sure I picked up a screw here - in my tire!

TrustpilotExcellent service
Craig at the new Woking branch was brilliant, so friendly, helpful, funny and polite, making a stressful, tiring time so much easier. The service he provided really couldn't be faulted and if we needed storage again, we wouldn't hesitate to go back. The whole place was spotless and clean and the rental prices were cheaper than elsewhere
Thank you so much for your glowing review! We're thrilled to hear about your positive experience with us. It means the world to us that you took the time to share your thoughts.

A very friendly and professional service from both Mark and Lisa at Southend. After the initial sit down I knew I wasn't going to be using any other company. Clean and well presented storage facility. Very good rates, cheaper than other places we looked at. Seems like a very secure facility.I have no problem with giving a five star review and a recommendation to anyone to use this company. All in all an excellent service.

TrustpilotCinch- great vibe and friendly staff
I’m a new customer with cinch and so far think the service is 5 stars! Honestly loved how friendly mark was and was a good laugh! Very comfortable atmosphere. The storage facility is really good with a car park right outside. Great security with the key pad access to the premises as well as CCTV. It Has a lift and offers trollies to help you with your boxes. I got the smallest size container they have and it was plenty big enough for what I need. This is a very clean facility being new and still have that clean paint smell if you know what I mean. Honestly staff are friendly and facilities are great. No complaints and would defo recommend to others. Thank you for having me, Anna x

TrustpilotWonderful Staff
I can’t recommend Cinch Letchworth enough. From start to finish, their staff have helped over and above their call of duty. Lauren in particular deserves special mention as I couldn’t have managed without her invaluable help. Heartfelt thanks to Becki as well for making the suggestions to steer things back in the right direction. In summary, great location, wonderful professional staffers and top notch storage units.
