We have had a storage unit for two years now and have had a really good experience with cinch. The Brighton branch has been having some works done and access was limited for a while. I had to remove some heavy boxes and there was no trolley or lift availability. One of the staff, Ed went above and beyond and helped carry lots of really heavy boxes down the stairs and out to my vehicle. This was an absolute life saver as I simply wouldn’t have been able to have done this. Stuart also has always been super helpful whenever needed. We’ve had a really positive experience here and highly recommend them as a storage facility.

From signing up with the friendly and very helpful staff my experience using Cinch storage was a joy. I have just had to move home for the 3rd time in 2 years due to unforeseen circumstances and was dreading it. By using Cinch I experienced a relaxed easier move than I could have expected and I was able to both move out and move in at my own pace.Excellent!

Had to put all my stuff in storage due to having building work done. Popped in with the wife to talk to Jason to take a look around and see what size we would need. He was really helpful and gave us all the information we needed to know, anyway to cut a long story short 6 months on we are ready to vacate as our building work is finished, throughout the 6 months Jason and Matt have always been helpful. I never worried once about my stuff as security was brilliant if I needed to store anything else l wouldn’t hesitate to go back to these guys.

Nav at the Huntingdon branch is really helpful. I was really impressed with him when I got my first unit back in February and I enquired about downsizing and had a new contract and all my stuff moved within 8 hours and received a refund for my old unit. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable. He’s a credit to your business!

I had to use storage during a particularly tough house move. Storing my belongings was a new and slightly daunting experience for me and I had no idea what to expect. However, the ladies in the office at Cinch were simply excellent and put my mind at rest very quickly, explaining how it all worked. My storage needs changed a few times, first expanding and then finally decreasing, but Lauren, Sally and Becky dealt with everything very promptly and efficiently. Aside from this, they were incredibly kind and supportive at a difficult time. This very human touch was an enormous help. If I ever need to use storage again I wouldn’t hesitate to use Cinch. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

I would like to take this time to praise and commend the Letchworth Cinch Self Storage. I’ve been having a bad couple of months due to a unforeseen incident and has turned my life upside down, but in this you find the small things that make the big things seem easier to deal with and that’s where two rays of sunshine have certainly done that for me. so again I would like to thank the letchworth store for assisting me and being so helpful.

Just had my monthly invoice sent to me and because I'd been in hospital and had a previous agreement with this company they feel they can ripp people off please seen enclosed they statement for January to March failing they have not put the payment they took in Jan and the hundred pounds they took in Feb has I let them know I was in hospital and on ssp

Have used this storage facility when it was SMC Storage but it recently became Cinch Storage. It's less than a week since we resumed storage and we were delighted to find Stuart, a former member of the SMC staff, was still running the office. He welcomed us back and, as a Cinch employee, is showing the same dedication to its efficient running. He is always extremely friendly, helpful and courteous - thoroughly recommend the facility.

Huntingdon branch fantasticI have had 2 months between houses and had to store all belongings in 3 units. The team at Cinch in Huntingdon - Stuart, Alison and Nav - have been fantastic. Always really helpful and friendly and it's been an absolute pleasure dealing with them.Units are great too - I used indoor ones - 24 hour easy access, clean, and all sizes to suit needs.
