I recently used Cinch Chippenham for storing some furniture and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Andrew the manager was friendly, helpful and made the entire process easy and stress-free. The rental process was straightforward and the price was competitive. The facility was incredibly clean and well-maintained and the range of units will suit many needs along with it being extremely secure. I would definitely recommend Cinch Chippenham to anyone in need of storage.

We needed somewhere to store large items of furniture when selling the family home. Andy from Cinch has been brilliant. The answer to every question has been "yes" and the key word describing our experience has been "flexibility". If, when we move everything in, our chosen unit isn't quite big enough, they'll find us a bigger one or put some of the excess items into a smaller unit etc. Basically, they will find a solution. The team has been helpful, friendly, and very Covid-aware in these difficult times so thank you.

We initially rented a room at Cinch in Chippenham, but upon delivery of our goods it was apparent it wasn’t going to fit as units had been pre built. Paul there was amazing and worked with us in finding a bigger room with no fuss or hassle at all. He made the experience so much better and took the hassle right out of it. We would definitely recommend using Cinch Storage in Chippenham.

GoogleExcellent customer service from Gosia and Nijole. Gosia contacted me to follow up on my quote request via the Cinch website. She walked me through my options and didnt try to overall mr storage. She asked what items I had and based in that suggested the 50sqaure feet would be too big. She took the time to explain how everything works asked if I needed any packing items and when I struggled to reserve the unit online, she called me to make sure I didnt miss out on the last available unit size that I needed. Thoroughly patient, empathetic and understanding it was a pleasure to do busi ees with them non-pushy and non-salesy. True customer service. When I arrived at the location, Gosie had already briefed Nijole so she was update on my queries. Nijole even offered me tea and coffee while she processed my paperwork. Super service. Highly recommend Cinch because of their honesty and level of service.

I've been extremely impressed by Cinch Self Storage in Bicester. I recently moved there from another storage company who were far more expensive and not nearly as professional. The place looks new and clean and the staff I dealt with (Andy & Nigel) were both helpful and friendly. They were even willing to stay open after closing time, when I was delayed with a car full of stuff. It's rare to find companies willing to go that extra mile!

I had to use Cinch for things that were left over when I moved home. They were so friendly and helpful; nothing was too much trouble for them. I was almost sad to leave! Andrew is the star of the show and will go above and beyond to help you with your stuff!
