Friendly, helpful and excellent customer service

I used Cinch for 2 years and found them so helpful, kind, reasonably priced and they stored my things perfectly. I’d highly recommend them to anyone. Nigel is also extremely lovely to deal with. Thank you!

Just a great experience throughout!

Just a great experience throughout!I couldnt view the store and sute before committing but felt assured enough that I could change size if required and had access until 11pm most of the week. One exiting, which was sooner than anticipated due to deciding to rent rather than buy, they couldn't again have been more helpful.Great work as I am fastidious and a pain sometimes, so credit where it is due!5 stars without doubt.(Only comment is that the trolleys need brakes as the loading/offloading area is on a very slight slope)

Kayleigh was very sweet and helpful throughout the process. Plus the 50% off sale for 12 weeks had me sold.

A Great Place To Store

Jason and his team were both courteous and very helpful throughout my stay. The security measures in place gave me the reassurance that my property was being safely stored on the premises which were clean and tidy throughout. Highly recommended.

Parking and access were great, our unit and the whole facility were clean and safe, trolleys were always available. Clean storage and helpful staff

Stuart has been a great help in making the interim storage part before completion stress free - when so many other parts have been stressful. The storage is clean with access in/out explained and all at a competitive price.

Appearing at the storage in Huntingdon

Appearing at the storage in Huntingdon, not remembering my code to get in, forgotten my mobile with all information and booked the wrong size of storage. We needed a much bigger one! The staff in this place is brilliant. No hesitation, staying patient and super friendly, we were offered a bigger storage, paperwork was changed in seconds - we were in! We would like to highly recommend this storage place including its lovely, very helpful and funny staff.

Excellent recommendation to Cinch

Phoned Cinch initially, then visited to view the units as was told people invariably hired too big a unit. Very true.!! Everyone very helpful and friendly. Very well priced, easy access for unloading, unit had been swept and cleaned before my goods were packed. Would certainly recommend the company and very easy access for most of Brighton Hove literally just off the Preston Road (Preston Park)

Cinch Storage Excellent Company

I have been using cinch selfstorage in Southend On Sea since they opened. And I can honestly say they are excellent to do business with the units themselves are spacious clean and dry and the staff are friendly and will go out of there way to accommodate you where possible The price are very competitive and will do you a deal obviously depending on how long you keep the unit or units I have no problem recommending this company.
