Right find overall management to be stupid but have found the store people ie jack and Gosia to be very helpful in every way they can .But contacted them to inform them that I was back in hospital once again and that my employer had put me on ssp which has reduced my income. I agree to pay a minimum amount of which I did but it seems the overall management being Emma decided to go for further payment which was against the agreement that I had with the store manager Jack . took further payment store ment of £317 which has left me short for my other bills rang the store got this is not right has should of spoken to me first I would not use this company again

Ive been a customer of Cinch Storage…

Ive been a customer of Cinch Storage (previously The Secure Store) for just over 7 years now. I cant fault the staff or customer service i recieve at the Leighton Buzzard branch. I receive deliveries on a daily basis and they are always put in my unit. If I have a request regarding a delivery or i'm waiting for something that i need for a job the staff are more than happy to pass on my request or call me when a certain item has arrived. Great staff and a well deserved 5*s

Beyond happy! Use of the free van was a great plus!

I've recently organised storage at the Newbury branch, and I am beyond impressed. The team have been super friendly and helpful with every step of the process. The storage unit is clean and easily accessible. The use of trollies to easily transfer goods was a great help when moving things into the unit. The branch offered free use of a transit van to move goods into the storage unit. This was a huge selling point for me using the company and it didn't disappoint. I fit all my goods into the van so could transfer it all in one trip, and the process of organising it was quick and easy. I will be organsing the van to use when I move out the storage unit as well. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Superb customer service and services

Me and my family, have recently been faced with a section 21 no faults evictions notice from our landlord, as he planned to sell the property we are renting. We spoke with Jason and Arron of Cinch self storage. They were very understanding helping us all the way. Any issues they provided expert and friendly advice. Will definitely recommend the services they provide and if we happen to need to use self storage again they will be the company we use 100%. And if you read this Jason or Arron thank you again for everything you provided in our time of need massively appreciated.

ENFIELD STORE AND STAFF!!!Top Storage and staff.The girls Andriana and Fatima are litrally that best staff you could hope for, from day one big smiles and genuinely can't do enough any time of the day.The storage is spot and and reasonable prices, I wouldn't go anywhere else even if closer and cheaper.Car park is fair size with sliding security gate ALONG WITH CCTV making me feel as if me and my belongings are safe.Toilet in reception so you don't have too shoot McDonald's.10/10 don't Muck about as storage availability is in demand.

Excellent service for storage in Leighton Buzzard

We have used the Cinch self-storage in Leighton Buzzard. Jason (the manager) and his team are excellent. They provided a professional, friendly and conscientious service at all times. They provided exactly what we needed at a reasonable price, and were able to adjust the storage to suit our needs as this changed over time. We would have no problem recommending them to anyone looking for storage in the area.

I was welcomed by two lovely ladies working at the Newmarket cinch self storage branch. They accommodated all my needs when I choose the correct storage needed for the movement of my shed, I have not yet got a unit due to not having the correct documents required, I popped in on the off chance I could be seen to. I was shown and explained in detail of what is on offer and what my responsibilities are when storaging with you. I would highly recommend the Newmarket branch, thank you so much gosia and Nijola
