Due to personal circumstance, I recently found myself between homes. There was constant worry of what I’d do with all of mine and my families belongings. I spoke to Lauren and Becky on separate occasions, they were very friendly and professional and did everything they could to reassure me and support me through the process. I ended up needing a second unit, and this was all sorted same day. The process to get a unit was quick and smooth, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for storage.

The Sittingbourne Team have great customers services, helpful, friendly and 'nothing was a problem' attitude. They get a full 5 star rating.Downside of this storage unit is that the lift will only accommodate items you are storing and not people so you load the lift and then have to walk back to the stairs and climb to press the lift button on the floor you have the storage unit on to bring the lift up - unload and then go back down the stairs round to lift and press the button to bring the lift back down. This takes an immense time and effort.Also not open 24/7 - which could lead to some difficulties if travelling from any distance.

I was incredibly stressed but Nijole took me through all the processes to ensure I got the storage suitable for my requirements .Cinch is easily accessible, well run and immaculately clean. You then told the team you’d be back after “grabbing a crowbar” from your vehicle. We take threats or aggressive behaviour very seriously, as they violate our commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for everyone, our team and customers alike. It is regrettable that you felt the need to express your frustration in such a manner. We kindly request that all interactions with our team members remain respectful and constructive, allowing us to address any concerns promptly and effectively.I do note that your refund of £89.00 took 2 days, which is usually not the case. I can only apologise for this, and we have reviewed our procedures to ensure that all our customer receive refunds in a prompt and effortless manner.Ajay, did email you back apologising several times, to come to a resolution, all of which were denied and met with threats to leave “lots of bad reviews,” all of which were removed by Google.
