Some legal complications resulted in about six months delay to our flat purchase. The agent handling the sale, OJ AKSU at Keatons, was highly professional and ensured seamless communication between buyer and seller throughout. He made an otherwise very stressful process manageable. OJ definitely deserves a five star rating.

Been with them for a while and mostly experience has been good but in last year or so, customer service has been pretty poor.If you need anything or more often, if they need something from you, some departments have been quite rude.

GoogleExcellent service from Keeley As a landlord, I have been dealing with Keeley Shaw at the Stratford office regarding the re-letting of my property after a tenancy has ended. Her communication has been excellent throughout the process, and she is happy to pick up the phone for a discussion when things need to move along quickly. She has kept me informed at all stages from viewing to offers to referencing, and we have managed to get new tenants on board with only a very small void time for the property.
