I have been using Keatons as the managing agents for the letting of my property for several years. I have always found them very professional. In particular the property manager assigned to my property, Natalie Craddock has been very communicative and responsive with any issues. We have a property being managed by Keaton's over a number of years and to be honest, it is a pleasure to deal with an honest and a sincere company who put the interest of the customers before their own and have never in all these years let us down or said NO to any matters dealing with the property. all their departments seem to be run smoothly and professionally. In particular i would like to thank Jack Saunders and his team, who I had to contact recently with an issue with our entry fire door to the apartment . I only had to email him the email received from the management company pointing out the defects and within 7 days the matter was sorted with Jack instructing his team of professionals to attend site and carry out the works to the satisfaction of the management team. I have no hesitation in recommending Keaton's to any of my friends and family. So Jack take a pat on your back you deserve it sir.
