Lauren Cannon has been incredibly supportive as our property manager. Whenever there’s an issue that needs attention, she’s always the one who steps in. Recently, she even managed to coordinate the replacement of our bathroom taps, despite the landlord initially not wanting to agree to it.

I have been a tenant of keatons for over 3 year. for the whole if this time the have been very poor agents. frequently getting information wrong. miss managing finances. being slow to respond or impossible to contact. If you are thinking of renting a property manged by Keatons I would highly recommend you think again. it is not worth the stress and hassle.

I’m reviewing both the estate agency and property management services from Keatons Estate Agents, and overall the experience was disappointing. The property wasn’t properly cleaned when we moved in, yet we were still charged for professional cleaning at the end. This led to a 45-day delay in getting our deposit back and we had to accept a deduction to close the matter. During the tenancy, communication was poor, emails often took weeks to be answered, and issues like a faulty electricity meter took months to resolve. When our fridge broke, it took nearly a week to replace, after we had already lost all the food. At the end of the tenancy, viewings were poorly managed with multiple agents and little coordination, leading to repeated disruptions and some rude interactions. Overall, the service felt disorganised and unresponsive. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Millie and Corina are the best!

After not having a fantastic experience with previous agencies, our experience with Keatons has been significantly better. From first contact, conversations and initial viewing with Millie, down to moving in and conversations with Corina, we’ve been taken care of and clearly advised on every step of the way. Millie was great help in the beginning stages by organizing everything and going back and forth between us and the landlord and answering any initial questions we had at all - all the while being very responsive and keeping us informed every step of the way. Absolutely recommend Millie as an agent if you plan on having any interactions with Keatons. After moving in, most of our conversations have been with Corina who has been an amazing help thus far in answering any questions we have about our flat, fixing any problems and sorting out any details. Corina is always prompt and thorough when answering and has always been a great help since moving in. Altogether fantastic team and lovely people!

I use Keaton’s for my properties for the past 5 years. Shani, Justine, and James have not let me down at all. The process to find good tenants is simple, and the contract is competitive. The costs are clear and concise, and if you don't understand them, they will explain them so you can. Finding the good tenants is hard, but Shani and Justine delivered every time. And a huge thank you to James in the property management team. He is an absolute star and takes away all of my headaches. Having had a few rough experiences with other estate agents in the area, we were expecting more of the same but were very impressed with Elliot (who negotiated the sale) and Toni (who managed the sale process). We felt Elliot treated us very fairly and was very reasonable (even when a different property we were trying to buy fell through). Toni was communicative and helped us manage the sale process with minimal stress. We have been left with restored faith and a v.positive impression of these people.
